Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1-4 business days of purchase.

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping.  We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to the customers mistake. Reshipment on packages returned to Kaspi Land due to incorrect address will reship at the customers cost.   

If you package arrives damaged we need to be alerted within 1 week so we can help you file a claim with USPS.

Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after two weeks of non-movement for domestic packages and 12 weeks for international. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.  If you have any questions about your package you can contact USPS at their main customer service number:  1 (800) 275-8777. 


International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes on the cost of the toys, these fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. International orders may take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on country, though can be as quick as 1-2 weeks depending on your countries customs.   


Requesting a refund:
Product can be returned within 30 days of being purchase only with a copy of the original receipt. refund Will be applied to the original form of payment.

 Wrong order and/or Missing order:
We package careful every order but sometimes mistakes do happen. In case you received the wrong item Or is missing please reach out to us immediately at so we repair the damage and send the desired item to you right away.

Damaged items:
In the case of your order arriving and having damage please contact us immediately at so we can assist you and send a replacement order your way.
